• You meet with us to outline the specific parameters of your dream home purchase.
• You chose the preferred location, number of bedrooms and baths, square footage, age, lot size, and any other specific features you desire
• You select how often you would like us to contact you with new properties, up to daily.
• As is the case with Trustee Auctions, you will have to make the decision to purchase without having an opportunity to inspect the interior of the home.
• Once you have purchased the home, if you find that it doesn’t meet your expectations, we will sell it for you and you can then use the profit to help with your next purchase or for any other use.
• Just think about it–you can get paid to shop for a home.
